Protection
All shipped products are
packed in robust outer cartons/packagings. We wrap heavier parcels with
additional straps to ensure maximum protection, depending on the individual
weight.
Palleted shipments are shrinked with special foils to protect from outer
influences during transit. Each single pallet ist being labelled with:
- quantity of cartons per pallet
- weight and measurements per pallet
- receiving adress
- total count of pallets (x of y)
- date of final check for shipment
Single parcel shipments are marked with the miro-order number as well as to
help the customers for identifying incoming products in their facilities
Fast and reliable deliveries
by national mail system
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, most of the time at the same
day. Parcels will be collected
right out of our warehouse and 75% of all deliveries reach their
recipient within 24 hours, most of all others within 48h.
If your shipment is already sent, we can trace and track your shipment on
demand to give you exact information about delivery date and time even by
mail of ax, if desired.
..if your shipments hasn't arrived yet ..
..... just call us! If your shipment is lost in transit, we will repack and
send a replacment shipment again without any additional costs for you.

All orders being delivered by freight forwarders, are calculated in front
for a delivery date. This date will be communicated to you as well*.
