miro fulfills all legal requirements as an OEM manufacturer. On request we
will provide you with all relevant documentation for compliance of EU
guideline 93/42/EWG. This includes product information, declaration of
conformity, supplier's agreement for medical products of class I, copies of
certificates for DIN ISO 9001:2000 - DIN EN ISO 13485 - IQ-NET and EU-guideline
93/42/EWG.
Already for small order volumes
we can include your company logo, adress details and article numbers on the
label. All legal requirements such as CE mark will be automatically
considered.
For the layout preparation we would require your company logo as a TIF-file
or a high resolution JPG-file by EMail or on a CD Rom (please refer to your
graphic designer or printing agency). We will prepare a layout and send you
the draft for final approval.
This is a miro standard label. If you do
not wish a private label, you will receive your order labelled with miro
details.

details in combination with your logo and adress. An eye-catching and free
of charge advertisement for you!
With this form of labelling
miro Verbandstoffe will not be obvious as the producer company. Before
labelling your order like this some administrative points have to be handled (f.e.
registration of products, certificate of conformity etc.).
